Mr. Adewoye Valentine holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and is a COREN-registered engineer. He entered the construction industry about 15 years ago, driven by his passion for creating quality homes in Nigeria. His vision and dedication have led to his involvement in the conceptual design, supervision, and execution of infrastructure for two major planned neighborhoods: NICON Town and Carlton Estate, both located in Lekki. Notably, NICON Town is considered one of the best estates in Nigeria, with all plots fully subscribed two years before the completion of the infrastructure works.
